2023 TSGC Board Application
We are looking for people interested in being on our 2023 board. The Sunflower Girl Collective was part of the process of becoming an LLC in the state of New Jersey and Virginia. LLCs are not required to have a board of directors, but may choose to have a board of managers or one manager. As of our establishment in 2018, I have been a single member and single manager.
Anyone who undergoes the process and accepts the agreement with TSGC will receive a document that clearly states the duties and responsibilities of each member, how management operations are to be handled and by whom. We are looking forward to opening this application soon!
